Tenancy Management

Neptune Real Estate makes the tenancy easy for their clients. Rents and bonds can be prepaid as can utilities, internet, TV services – all of which will be billed back to the client on one simple invoice monthly. Should the tenant require any maintenance or repairs they will deal directly with our Tenancy Manager who will promptly resolve the issues on behalf of the tenant without them needing to deal with the Landlord.
